"With the regular manitenance at the front entrance, it really looks great. We like the new sign that was put up on the other side of the entrance. The No Soliciting Sign seems to be doing its job. We have not had as many solicitors"
"Some of us are not taking care of our properties. Not taking care of our properties makes the whole neighborhood look bad. It is not fair to those of us who spend time and money to make our property attractive. Maybe a Yard of the Month contest with a prize would modivate residents to take better care."
"I wish some of the residents would pick up the trash in the front of their homes. Newspapers and solicitations laying in the driveway are sitting there for weeks on end. If you get something put on your mailbox, just take it off and throw it away. Don't wait until the wind or rain blows it off and it goes into someone elses yard"
"I have been noticing dog waste in my yard, but I do not have a dog. Can you remind the homeowners to pick up after their dogs."
"My family was really upset that the cookout was recently cancelled. Our kids were looking forward to decorating pumpkins. We thinks its a great way to meet our neighbors and to get active in the community. Can you plan another one and hopefully people will want to come?"
"Thanks to the Board for getting Walton EMC to come out and turn all the streetlights back on. Now we can see at night"
"Thanks goes to the Board for arranging with Walton County to come out and cut these vacant lots periodically. I live next to one and I am sick of looking at it. Even though its just the first 10 feet (rightofway) it still makes the neighborhood look better when its cut"
