What is an ACC?
Many are wondering what exactley the ACC does. We have covenants and guidelines and the ACC helps enforce them. In addition to reviewing and approving any proposed construction of new or altered structures on any homeowner's property, the ACC is also here to help the Board in keeping our property values up. We do this by enforcing rules about what makes a good looking neighborhood.
When you became a homeowner/resident in Golden Meadows, you agreed to follow the covenants. Before you build or make any changes to your property you MUST submit an ACC request in writing and mail it in.
Please remember that the ACC has 30 days to approve your request. Please take that into consideration when planning your project.
